The horrible sofa bed's springs pierced into my body, making sleep nearly impossible. Housekeeping was incredibly annoying, knocking on our door multiple times before checkout despite our request for privacy. Additionally, the air conditioning was faulty and frequently turned off, leaving us with an uncomfortably hot room.

the breakfast was plentiful, but come on, it's just toast and soggy eggs. also, the sofa bed's springs poked me all night, making sleep impossible. to top it off, i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but that woudl ve been too much to ask, i guess. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, really.

I had a great time at this place! The breakfast options were superb, especially the oatmeal bar. The room was spacious and comfy, but the pool area could use more attention.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, making it super easy to access from I-70. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxing after a long drive.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as it was clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to rest after long walks discovering the nearby Fishlake National Forest, which is almost 4 km away and offers stunning views, and the unique Columnar Jointing Area, just under 3 km off, where I enjoyed my time marveling at the geological wonders.

Good place with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. I’ll never forget how they offered me a warm drink on my first visit. I recommend trying the jacuzzi!

The parking area was easy to navigate. The first floor room made it convenient for quick access to my car. Appreciated the extra space in the King Room with a sitting area that allowed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selections were decent, with fresh bread and a waffle station. Both the dining area and rooms were kept clean, which I found refreshing. However, the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed. The hot food ran low quickly, and I waited longer than expected for refills. One day we had to remind them about the coffee. I tried getting help for my room key issue, but it took multiple trips to the front desk. It seemed like there should be more staff present to handle these issues. The indoor pool was a nice amenity but a bit small, especially when other guests were using it at the same time. Overall, the experience was pleasant but could improve with better staff availability and breakfast management.

The hotel was well-kept, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool after our drive. We loved the nearby Cove View Golf Course for some family fun. The grab-and-go breakfast option was convenient for our busy mornings.

My wife thinks that the sofa bed seriously needed an upgrade.
